11h agoA Gloucester County man drowned Thursday while swimming with friends in Monroe Township, police say.
Rafael Martinez Pascual and his friends were at the Cedar Lake Wildlife Management area off Jackson Road after 2 p.m.
His body was recovered three hours later, according to police.
Authorities say he is the fourth drowning victim in Monroe Township during the 2024 summer season.
