Trenton police have discovered humanremains near the city's water filtration plant. Police say they found what appears to be a human head stickingout of land on Route 29 by the Delaware River. Said Detective Sergeant Pedro Medina: "You could see hair andwhat appears to be the back of the head or the side of the head." Medina says the discovery was reported to police around 1 p.m. In addition to an excavation team, police are also requestinglights because they think the process could take hours. State police have sent a crime scene investigation team.
