12h agoA bag of tools fell over 150 feet and critically injured a utility worker Friday at a cell tower in North Brunswick, according to authorities.
Police received a call around 1:30 p.m. about an unconscious man on Lindsay Drive.
They say a crew of workers were active at that location when they arrived.
An investigation revealed that a tool bag either being raised or lowered from the top of the cell tower became unsecured and hit the worker in the head.
Authorities say the worker remains hospitalized.
