Police: Cyclist injured in hit-and-run incident in Teaneck

Police say the incident happened Wednesday night on East Forest Avenue.

The Teaneck Police Department is investigating a hit-and-run incident.

They say it happened Wednesday night on East Forest Avenue.

A cyclist was struck while riding his bike in the area. He was taken to the hospital for injuries that did not appear to be life-threatening.

Witnesses told police that the vehicle that struck the victim was a lime green sports car. It was later found parked on a nearby street. The driver remains at large.

Anyone who might have information about the driver is urged to call Teaneck police at 201-837-2600.
