yesterdayNew Jersey State Police arrested a suspect in connection to a shooting at the American Dream Mall earlier this month.
Police say 20-year-old Brooklyn resident Anwar Stuart is charged with attempted murder for the April 7 shooting the East Rutherford mall.
Troopers say he opened fire during an attempted robbery. The victim survived with serious injuries.
Stuart is being held at Rikers Island before he being extradited to New Jersey.
