16h agoA Bayonne man has been charged following a police chase that occurred on Thursday. Kelvin Ortiz is accused of crashing into two police vehicles and another car after fleeing a gas station theft.
Police say one officer shot Ortiz during the pursuit.
Ortiz faces aggravated assault and weapons charges, according to authorities.
