Law enforcement officials have arrested a man accused of fatally shooting a grocery store clerk Oct. 18 in Newark.
The FBI Fugitive Task Force and members of the Essex County Prosecutor's Office arrested Joshua Choice, 24, in the Bronx around 1 p.m. Thursday.
Choice is accused of fatally shooting Felix Rosario, 55, who was the manager of Dalbert Grocery Store on West Runyon Street in Newark.
Officials say Choice walked into the shop around 9 a.m. Tuesday, shot Rosario and then fled. Officials did not immediately say what the motive of the shooting was.
Choice was charged with murder, possession of a handgun for an unlawful purpose and unlawful possession of a handgun. His bail was set at $750,000.
