Mark Song was found dead at a home on North Oaks Boulevard at around 10:30 p.m., according to authorities.
Police say 24-year-old Saad Salahie was arrested the following day and charged with reckless manslaughter.
Authorities say the two men knew each other. However, it is not clear what led up to the shooting.
