A 77-year-old Nutley man was seriously injured Saturday during a crash on the Parkway North in Old Bridge, according to police.

Investigators say Patrick Morris lost control of his vehicle around 10 a.m., ran off the road and hit several trees.

Police say they are investigating the incident as he recovers in the hospital.
