A Bergen County man faces charges after his 4-year-old daughter called 911 to report he had passed out in their car.
Cliffside Park police say 41-year-old Jamil Graham, of Englewood Cliffs, was charged with child endangerment, being under the influence of alcohol and several motor vehicle offenses.
Authorities say the girl called 911 around 9:30 p.m. Saturday. Officers tracked the cellphone signal to the area of Palisade and Lafayette avenues, where they found Graham's car.
The child was not harmed and was turned over to a relative. Police say a half-full bottle of vodka was found in the car.
A telephone number for Graham could not be located Monday and it wasn't known if he's retained an attorney.
