Police are trying to figure out how and why a woman died in Floral Park after her body was found Sunday.

Detectives say a 28-year-old woman was found dead at the Floral Park Motor Lodge on Jericho Turnpike around 1 p.m. Sunday.

So far, there is no word into who the woman is or how she died.
