Residents in the Pleasureland Section of Oakland are once again preparing Wednesday for possible flooding.
Last October, heavy rains caused the Ramapo River to flood many homes and streets. Residents say if the area gets the predicted two inches of rain, the river will overflow and flood the neighborhood again. They say this time could be worse because of the freezing temperatures.
Meanwhile, utility crews are busy throughout the Garden State after high winds downed trees and power lines. More than 50,000 homes and businesses are without electricity.
