A Vietnam veteran from Pleasantville was honored over the weekend as his name was added to New Jersey’s Vietnam Veterans' Memorial Wall.

James Gosselin was added to the memorial wall – this after a clerical error recorded him being from another state.

A ceremony was held Sunday for friends and family to honor Gosselin, who served with the Headquarters and Service Company, 2nd Battalion, 5th Marine Regiment, 1st Marine Division. He was killed in action on Feb. 2, 1968.

Gosselin is the second Vietnam veteran to be added to the memorial wall since its creation in 1995.
