A Philadelphia man was arrested after allegedly arranging to pay $200 to have sex with two people he believed were underage girls at a Mount Laurel hotel, New Jersey authorities announced Tuesday.

Nazim X. Torres, 27, was arrested Aug. 12 after arriving at a predetermined location as part of an undercover operation, according to the New Jersey Attorney General's Office.

Authorities said an undercover officer was contacted July 14 on a mobile dating app by a user named "ChillVibeMan." The conversation later moved to a text messaging app.

During the conversation, Torres allegedly indicated he was sexually interested in children and viewed child sexual abuse material, according to court documents cited by the Attorney General's Office.

Authorities said Torres and the undercover officer arranged to meet at a Mount Laurel hotel, where Torres allegedly planned to pay the officer $200 to have sex with two children purportedly provided by the officer. He was arrested when he arrived.

Torres faces charges including conspiracy to commit human trafficking of a child, luring, attempted human trafficking of a child, attempted promoting prostitution of a child and two counts of attempted aggravated sexual assault. He also faces several counts of attempted endangering the welfare of a child.
