Person fatally struck by vehicle along I-80 near Delaware Water Gap

The driver of a car parked along the shoulder of Instate 80 in Warren County was struck and killed by another vehicle Monday morning.
New Jersey State Police have not released many details. The crash happened during the morning rush at the Delaware Water Gap around 9 a.m.
The crash appeared to involve the driver of a blue Honda Civic with tinted windows. It is believed that the driver was hit by another vehicle, but News 12 is still awaiting confirmation concerning the circumstances and the whereabouts of the other vehicle and driver.
The name of the victim was not immediately released.
There is a surveillance camera attached to a light post, directly overhead of the blue Honda, which may help police as they continue their investigation.
