Ruger was brought to Heart and Soul Dog Rescue, Inc with two wires embedded in his neck in 2023.

While his recovery was difficult, he is a gentle, affectionate and active dog.

Ruger would be best suited in a home where he is the only dog and with adults or teenagers.
