UPDATE: Hazel found her furever home and has been adopted.

When her family had a new baby, Hazel's family surrendered her and her adult puppy to Eleventh Hour Rescue. Hazel has lost the only family she's ever known, and her puppy has been adopted. Now Hazel is waiting for her chance to find a loving home.

Hazel is about 3 years old and weighs 55 pounds. Her former family says she is a great dog who is eager to please and gets along great with everyone she meets. Hazel knows basic commands, is housetrained, walks well on a leash and is good in the car.
