The parents of a Spotswood High School student are suing the district for allegedly failing to protect their daughter.

The lawsuit states that the teen suffered head injuries after being attacked three separate times by a student. The parents argue that reporters were made to administrators about the threats the student received, but that nothing was done.

The district says that they are aware of the complaint, but do not wish to comment on the lawsuit due to student confidentiality.
