A program is being offered to help low-income Bronx residents file their taxes this year. Part of the Solution (POTS) will screen residents for free tax help. Those who make less than $20,000 per year without dependents or those who make less than $40,000 with dependents are eligible. Anyone who qualifies will be give free tax help from the non-profit organization Food Change.For a tax screening appointment, residents can call POTS at 718-562-3527.
