A 40-year-old man died after he fell at a Jersey City construction site.
Officials say the man, who was not identified, fell four stories and died at the scene.
The Occupational Safety and Health Administration was called in and will conduct a full investigation.
OSHA says the construction site is managed by Newark-based Mac Construction LLC. They say the company “has prior OSHA inspection history.”
