Officials have announced a body found in Virginia's Shenandoah National Park is believed to be a missing Monmouth County 18-year-old.

Officials say Ty Sauer, of Union Beach, was last seen five days ago.

Police found what they say could be his remains Monday just 2 miles from where he was last seen.

The cause of death is unknown at this time.
