Officials: 2 dead following overnight fire at South Hackensack home

Fire officials have confirmed two deaths following an overnight house fire that quickly rose to three in South Hackensack.

Fire officials have confirmed two deaths following an overnight house fire that quickly rose to three alarms in South Hackensack.
The fire happened around 3:15 a.m. on Agar Place.
News 12 is told several other people were injured. The two victims were taken to the hospital, but efforts to save their lives were unsuccessful. 
According to fire officials, the victims were found in the kitchen.
The cause of the fire is unknown at this point.
The victim's names have not been released as they are still in the process of notifying family.
