Security is being stepped in the Bronx and city Monday as the weeklong holiday of Passover is set to begin. Members of the New York City Police Department will patrol Jewish communities, as well as synagogues throughout the borough. Police Commissioner Ray Kelly says there are no specific threats. He says the increased security is part of the city's broader attempt to be responsive to all religious groups.Passover begins at sundown.
