Nurses at two of New Jersey's largest hospitals ratified new labor deals, but a strike looms at a third health care center.
The deals signed by nurses at Cooper University and Englewood Hospital guarantee better staff-to-patient ratios.
However, negotiations with health care workers at Hackensack Meridian Palisades medical center are ongoing. The union has already voted to authorize a strike if a deal can't be reached.
