New Jersey Sen. Declan O’Scanlon is calling on Gov. Phil Murphy to relieve restrictions on dining.
O’Scanlon wants the 10 p.m. indoor dining curfew to be removed.
He also is calling for an increase to the 25% capacity rule.
O’Scanlon wrote in part, “Time and again, the industry has proven that they are not the nexus for new COVID-19 outbreaks. They deserve an increase in capacity to 50% and the removal of the curfew evidenced by the lack of outbreaks traced back to restaurants.”
