A Jersey Shore tradition dating back more than three decades returns this weekend — and you’ll want to bring an appetite!
The 35th annual NJ Seafood Festival is back this weekend in Belmar. It starts today from 4 to 8 p.m. It’ll continue Saturday from noon through 8 p.m. and Sunday from noon through 6 p.m. at Silver Lake Park and Ocean Avenue.
The massive event is back at Silver Lake Park this year after being moved to the Pyanoe Plaza parking lot five years ago.
With a free admission, you’ll get plenty of delicious seafood along with beer and wine tents, craft vendors and live music.
Beloved vendors like Simply Southern, Ragin’ Cajun, Mr. Shrimp and more will be on hand to offer up their mouth-watering food all weekend.
Simply Southern’s Rasheed Simmons called the event “pivotal” for business every year, and said he was excited to return to Silver Lake this year after pushing for a return to the festival’s original site.
