Homes for sale tend to sit on the market longer these days, which is why some New Jersey realtors are getting creative with YouTube videos.
Bergen County realtor Michelle Kolsky says she?ll do whatever it takes to sell homes for her clients. She started making home tours and posting them on the popular Web site YouTube in hopes of turning sale signs in to sold signs.
The price to make the videos doesn?t come cheap for Kolsky. She uses a New York production company to film some of the homes? best features and edit the footage into two to four minute videos.
While the videos can get pricey, Kolsky says, ?You have to invest yourself. You have to spend money to make money.?
