Make-a-Wish New Jersey celebrated on Thursday 40 years of putting smiles on kids' faces.

The organization celebrated by granting its 12,000th wish by buying a new tractor for a young man named Judah who lives on a farm who wanted to help his family.

That wish worked out to almost one wish granted for every single day that the organization has been active.
