New Jersey Republicans trying to keep control of Congress say it will all come down to voter turnout Tuesday.Three-term incumbent Representative Mike Ferguson is locked in a tight race with Democratic state Assemblywoman Linda Stender in the District 7 race. Stender says she is banking on an upset, but Ferguson says he remains confident. As for the Senate, Republicans are actually on the offensive in New Jersey. Republican Tom Kean Jr. is closing the gap on Democratic Senator Bob Menendez.
