With gas prices continuing to rise, many boaters in New Jersey fear the prices may spoil their summer fun.
Many weekend boaters said even though it?s expensive, sometimes it?s hard to give up. ?You can?t give it up, the kids love it. So you have to make do,? Jim Krisinski said.
But some boaters said the prices have gotten so bad, that even if people can afford to buy a boat on sale, they won?t have the money to take it out on the water.
Fishermen said with the high gas prices, it?s not even worth going out on a boat.
