I'm back at Al Santillo brick oven pizza and Al is gonna make us one of the best pizzas. So tell me, man, what do we got here? I, I think we have the perfect recipe here. The, the best dough, the best sauce and the best cheese. I'm just gonna make you a plain pie and you say you can make them real quick. I'm gonna show you how fast I can do it. All right. You got a time. What, what's your record? 12 seconds, 12 seconds. All right, let's do it. I got a timer here and go. That sauce. Look how beautiful on that pie. Oh, man. And then he's got the cheese. Look at that. 12 seconds on the done, man. I love that. Oh, we're gonna put this pizza in the oven and then we're gonna come back and check out a little bit more about what Al has to offer here.

We're back with Al now and Al we got the oven, we got a pizza in the oven. We're gonna put the pizza but just made in the oven. So tell me what's so special about this oven here. The ceiling alone, there's over 5000 bricks turned long ways in the ceiling. Those bricks hold all the heat and radiate it down into your food. Is that the trick to like the pizza? There's, there's like 800 things you gotta do. Right. I'll be here all day writing volumes on everything you gotta do to make it come just so all the time at any time. How long will it take to cook this pizza? One of the beauties of Santos is you got the all time customers like the immigrants and stuff that they came here 100 years ago and they like it board. I like it all, like bruised up and blistered and blistery crispy and they like the cheese brown and smoked and and well done and I'm giving them what they want. That's great. That's great. So we're gonna come back in a few minutes, gonna check out the finished pie and man, it smells great in here right now and that should be out in like eight or nine minutes.

Well done, you're gonna order a nine and then if you really like it burnt up and scorched. Nice, nice. There you go. Now it is your turn now. Ok. Well done is a nine. So tell me what's your hand is kind of like burnt? Gotta put it a little harder. A little harder. All right. What's your, what's your favorite? Uh what's your best selling pizza that you got right now? My favorite is this the 1964. It's this pizza here, but you get two kinds of cheese mozzarella and Romano. Ok, you could take trace this right back to the farm that it was produced. So it's imported basically. Very cool. It comes with like, you know, like adoption papers. I love it. Al thank you, man so much. Listen, you gotta check this place out here in Elizabeth, New Jersey.
