A Newark woman is looking for answers that could lead to the arrest of her son's killer.
Her son, 28-year-old Mujaheed Andrews, was attacked and killed after winning a dice game in August 2010. Essex County Assistant Prosecutor Robert Laurino says that "things began to turn ugly" and that the people in the game didn't want Andrews to take away his winnings from the game.
During the post-game fight that erupted, Andrews was shot several times. His mother Cynthia Andrews says she believes somebody has information who could help find her son's killer. "I know justice will come for my son," says Andrews.
Investigators are still working this case. Anyone with information on the case is asked to contact the Essex County Prosecutor's Office at 973-621-4700.
