Police in Newark say they are looking for three suspects after a Dollar General robbery was caught on camera.
It happened early at 2 a.m. Sunday at the store on Springfield Avenue. Police say the suspects stole boxes of cigarettes, blunt wraps, lotion and soap products.
Authorities say surveillance footage shows one of the suspects coming from the back of the store and heading to the cashier area, opening the cabinet and taking merchandise. They say this suspect was wearing a black jacket with the word "Security" on the back in yellow writing and a security patch on the right shoulder. Police say this suspect was also wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt under the jacket, dark-colored pants and carrying a gray book bag.
They say the second suspect was wearing a yellow hooded sweatshirt under a blue vest, dark jeans, and glitter UGG boots.
And the third suspect was wearing a yellow jacket with a black North Face jacket covering their face, red pants, dark boots and carrying a blue Kean University bag, police say.
