Newark Mayor Ras Baraka says that video from the day he was arrested outside the Delaney Hall ICE detention facility proves he was allowed to be there.
Baraka said the video makes it clear that Delaney Hall personnel opened the gate for him and allowed him to enter the property.

Federal officials have accused Baraka and three New Jersey members of Congress of trying to storm the gates of the facility.
Baraka says he and the congressional delegation were there to inspect the facility.
The mayor will appear in federal court Thursday morning on trespassing charges.
