Flight attendants working at Newark Liberty International Airport are speaking up, saying they are fed up with prolonged contract negotiations.
Flight attendants across major airlines, including American, Alaska, United and more, demonstrated Thursday outside over 30 airports across the country in a worldwide day of action throughout the U.S., in the U.K. and Guam.
More than 80,000 flight attendants are in contract negotiations with their airlines. Their biggest ask is a raise. This comes weeks after pilots rallied for a raise and got it.
