Kane in Your Corner exposed poor conditions at the Menlo Park home last May when staff members said that rooms were not properly cleaned and sick and healthy patients were housed in the same room.
The previous CEO at the Menlo Park home was removed by the Murphy administration in November.
Nursing home administrator Jennifer Causer will take the helm at Menlo Park and Timothy Doyle Jr. will be taking over the Paramus home.
