Residents in New Jersey won't just be voting for president this November, but also legalizing marijuana – which will be on the ballot.
Legalizing marijuana will appear as public question number one.
If approved, marijuana would be legal for adults 21 and older and subject to a state sales tax.
Arizona, Montana, South Dakota and Mississippi are also voting on cannabis.
