Oxfam has come out with a list of the Best and Worst States to Work in America 2022, and New Jersey has landed itself in the top 10.
New Jersey came in at eight on the list.
The study looked at wage policies, worker protections and labor organizations, showing minimum wage increases have a lot to do with the Garden State landing at a higher spot this year.
Oregon finished first, followed by California and Washington.
North Carolina came in last.
