While waiting on Election Day results, some New Jersey residents headed to the liquor store.
The owner of Shay’s Liquors in Wayne says that with a lot of people voting early, the Election Day drinking crowd has been spread out over the past week.
“Over the course of the week, they've just finished voting, stood in a long line down by the library and then came up here and got whatever they wanted for the rest of the evening,” says wine manager Jeff Dykes.
Other customers were stocking up for Election Day watch parties Tuesday night.
