Dozens of neglected animals were found at a Hunterdon County animal rescue, according to law enforcement.

Prosecutors say investigators found 71 neglected animals including horses, cows, goats and pigs at the Rooster's Rescue Foundation Inc.

Several other dead animals were also found on the property.

Michael Featherston, who allegedly owns the rescue, faces animal cruelty and gun charges.
