The National Weather Service confirmed a tornado in Belvidere, the 11th tornado to touch down in New Jersey this year as peak season for severe storms arrives.
The tornado confirmation between Martins Creek, Pennsylvania, and Belvidere comes a day after the NWS says there was a tornado in Bernardsville Monday.
Drivers in the area continue to deal with road closures Wednesday. Trees and power lines are down on the ground, and some homes are still without power.
When the storm hit Monday, 3,500 customers - 98% of the town - lost power.
Details about the path length and width of the tornado were not immediately available.
