? Morristown?s City Council took aim at bars to make sure the town?s St. Patrick?s parade went off without a hitch Saturday.
Bars were not allowed to serve shots, but were still allowed to serve alcohol. Some parade spectators say they were glad about the change because it kept the festivities family friendly. Bar managers say the rule did not hurt their bottom line because patrons doubled their drink orders.
Hundreds of families lined the streets to watch the Morristown parade.
