(04/19/06) PARSIPPANY ? Morris County Residents made their displeasure with the cost of living known Tuesday night by rejecting more than half of the proposed school budgets.
County residents turned down 18 of 38 proposed spending plans. Many homeowners say they simply can?t afford to pay any more taxes. Educators in the school districts with rejected budgets say they may now have to cut some sports, activities and courtesy busing programs.
