? Police have arrested a Montclair man for allegedly burglarizing five houses and breaking into six cars on the same day.
Investigators say they found fingerprints and other evidence linking Roger Robinson to the crimes. Authorities say Robinson broke into the homes through the back door and stole laptops, wallets and other items while the homeowners slept inside. Officers spotted Robinson early Wednesday morning after a woman called 911 to report her home being burglarized. They say the suspect had a backpack full of tools used for break-ins.
Police believe Robinson had an accomplice because none of the stolen items have been recovered.
