Two teens who went missing from a school for people with autism have been found safe.
Yorktown Supervisor Matt Slater says two 15-year-old children were reported missing from the Shrub Oak International School around 8 p.m. Thursday.
He says the boy and girl are believed to have run away, and they were not dressed appropriately for the freezing temperatures.
They were found this morning around 8 a.m. by police near the Home Depot in Cortlandt – cold but safe.
