Jersey City police say the 13-year-old girl who sent her mother text messages that she had been abducted has been found in New York Thursday.
Authorities say Natasha Browne approached a man in Brooklyn saying she had been raped. Browne was taken to a hospital for an evaluation.
Browne had sent her mother a message Monday claiming she was taken on her way to school. Police are investigating the situation, but have not been able to confirm that information. Three people are being questioned by authorities. No charges have been filed.
