Mental health experts are urging anyone who is dealing with anxiety or other issues relating to the coronavirus pandemic to reach out to professionals.
State officials say that life as we know it has shifted dramatically due to the virus and the social distancing and self-isolation practices that have been implemented to reduce exposure.
But the entire situation may cause New Jersey residents to suffer a mental health crisis.

New Jersey Mental Health Cares is offering assistance. New Jerseyans can get support, talk to someone or get referrals by calling 1-866-202-4357.
The public may also call the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 1-800-273-8255.
Health experts say that it is important to pay attention to one’s mental and emotional well-being, along with physical health.
