Fans say they are not thrilled about new guidelines the Meadowlands Sports Complex has released for tailgaters at Giants Stadium.

Tailgaters are now allowed into the stadium?s parking lot five hours before the game, instead of seven hours. The new policy is a reaction to an incident last year in which some inebriated fans got a little rambunctious.

"I think it [stinks]," says one fan.

Some fans say they feel as though they're all being punished because of the actions of a few. Security officials at Giants Stadium have also provided a text-messaging system where fans can report people who are getting out of hand.
