A Manchester man pleaded guilty to terrorism charges in connection to a string of 2022 incidents.
Police say that on April 8, 2022, Dion Marsh was responsible for multiple incidents, including a stabbing, an attempted kidnapping, an attempted carjacking, a successful carjacking and three pedestrian strikes.

Marsh was arrested at his home later that night and charged with multiple offenses. He was later charged with terrorism.
Marsh could face up to 30 years in state prison when he is sentenced.
