A woman says she regrets moving from New York to New Jersey after her husband was shot outside their home.Police say Karl Randolph confronted two men Wednesday morning who broke into his apartment on Bergen Street in Newark. His wife, Nicole, says he told her to call police and he then chased after the men.His wife says he found one of the suspects, who was holding a bag filled with cereal, cookies and juice. As Randolph tried walking one of the men back toward his apartment, officials say the second suspect shot Randolph and both men escaped.Randolph was taken to University Hospital with a broken rib and punctured lung.
